- • As a Care Solutions Consultant at Honor Device Co., Ltd., you will guide families and clients through their first conversations about in-home, non-medical care, playing a vital role in helping older adults age well at home by connecting them with trusted support services.
- • Day to day, you will manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls (typically 80-95 per day) via phone, email, chat, and text to understand client needs, explain Home Instead’s services, schedule follow-ups, and use CRM tools like Salesforce to track activity while maintaining empathy, accuracy, and quality in every interaction.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Honor Technology and Home Instead, Inc., a global leader in aging care innovation with over 100,000 Care Pros delivering more than 50 million hours of personalized care annually, all committed to empowering older adults to live life on their own terms.
- • In this role, you will develop strong consultative sales and customer service skills, gain experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment, and have the opportunity to exceed sales targets and earn performance-based bonuses while making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience (inbound and outbound)
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- • Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- • Experience working remotely, managing time effectively, and staying connected to a virtual team
- • Empathetic communication skills with the ability to balance compassion and confident sales execution
- • Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus
