- ⢠As an Insurance Product Operations Associate at Gravie, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the companyās insurance product portfolio, directly contributing to Gravieās mission of creating health benefits that truly serve small and midsize businesses and their employees. Your work will ensure that insurance products are not only compliant and well-documented but also strategically aligned with Gravieās goal of building a health plan everyone can love, making you a key driver of operational excellence and innovation in a mission-focused environment.
- ⢠You will manage end-to-end insurance product projects from concept to launch, including identifying critical workstreams, developing realistic timelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of new features and plan updates. This includes creating, documenting, and continuously improving operational processes to support scalable product growth, as well as owning the full lifecycle of insurance plan documentationāconfiguring, reviewing, issuing, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards. You will also take on additional projects based on your evolving skills and interests, allowing you to expand your impact across teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠2+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, or a related field
- ⢠Strong grasp of project management tools and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
- ⢠Excellent attention to detail combined with a big-picture mindset and ownership mentality
- ⢠Proficiency in Excel and SQL or other logical coding skills for data configuration and documentation tasks
- ⢠Bachelorās degree or equivalent required
