- • As a Product & Business Operations Associate at Blossom Health, you will play a pivotal role in scaling a mission-driven mental health startup that is expanding access to affordable, timely, and clinically effective care through its AI-native platform. This role sits at the critical intersection of product and business operations, where you will directly contribute to solving high-impact challenges that improve patient outcomes and clinician experience in a system desperately in need of innovation.
- • You will operate with significant autonomy and ownership, working closely with the Founder and senior leadership to identify, design, and execute strategic initiatives from ideation through full implementation. Your work will involve defining new processes, selecting or building appropriate technologies, and driving cross-functional projects that address novel, first-pass problems unique to a fast-scaling healthcare technology company.
- • Day-to-day, you will: lead end-to-end project ownership for high-priority initiatives spanning product development, operational workflows, and business strategy; collaborate with clinical, engineering, and growth teams to translate insights into actionable plans; build and refine operational processes to support scalability and efficiency; analyze data and feedback to inform decision-making; prototype and test new tools or workflows to improve patient and clinician experiences; prepare clear documentation and presentations for leadership review; and continuously seek opportunities to increase velocity and excellence across the organization.
- • You will join a talent-dense, mission-aligned team backed by prominent investors including Headline, Village Global, and founders of General Catalyst, Flatiron Health, Sword Health, Grow Therapy, and others. Blossom Health’s culture emphasizes high trust, autonomy, speed with purpose, and a shared commitment to transforming mental healthcare in America — offering you direct exposure to every facet of a hyper-growth Series A startup.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your professional growth by tackling ambiguous, high-stakes problems typically reserved for senior leaders in larger organizations. You will develop rare expertise in healthcare operations, product strategy, and startup scaling — gaining hands-on experience in building systems from the ground up while making tangible contributions to a company improving access to care for thousands of patients and hundreds of clinicians.
