- • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally resourceful Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our founders and ensure the seamless operation of our executive functions. This role presents a unique and exciting opportunity to work directly alongside the company's leadership team within a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth startup environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day administrative needs of our founders, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives and company growth.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass the meticulous management of the founders' calendars, including scheduling complex meetings, appointments, and coordinating all aspects of business travel, both domestic and international. This involves navigating multiple time zones and ensuring optimal scheduling to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts.
- • You will be the gatekeeper for incoming requests, adeptly prioritizing and filtering them to ensure the founders' time is allocated to the most critical and impactful activities. This requires a keen understanding of business priorities and the ability to make informed judgments.
- • A key part of your role will involve preparing comprehensive meeting agendas in advance, diligently taking accurate notes during discussions, and ensuring timely follow-up on all assigned action items. This ensures accountability and efficient progress on key initiatives.
- • You will serve as a primary point of contact, acting as a crucial liaison between the founders and a diverse range of internal teams, external partners, clients, and investors. This requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the founders and the company professionally.
- • Furthermore, you will provide essential support on a variety of special projects, conduct necessary research, and handle sensitive and confidential tasks with the utmost discretion and professionalism. This may include assisting with presentations, event planning, or other ad-hoc administrative duties that contribute to the smooth functioning of the executive office.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of at least 3-5 years in supporting C-suite executives, demonstrating a deep understanding of the demands and nuances of executive-level administrative support. You must have demonstrable experience in managing complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, showcasing an ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
- • Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail are paramount. You should be adept at juggling multiple competing priorities seamlessly, ensuring that no task is overlooked and that deadlines are consistently met. Your ability to maintain order and efficiency in a high-pressure environment will be key to your success.
- • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally. A proactive approach to anticipating needs and ensuring smooth operations is highly valued.
