📋 Description

• The Executive Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor and collaborator to the VP of Global Ad Solutions, playing a pivotal role in supporting OpenAI’s first advertising business by ensuring operational excellence and enabling leadership to focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Day to day, the role involves managing a highly dynamic executive calendar, coordinating cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Policy, and GTM teams, building strong internal and external relationships, optimizing workflows, and communicating information clearly and efficiently to diverse audiences.
• The Executive Operations team at OpenAI is mission-driven, kind, and thoughtful, fostering collaboration, open communication, and authenticity while supporting executives with proactive, discreet, and independent partnership to drive organizational success.
• In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in executive support within a high-growth, innovative AI environment, master complex stakeholder coordination, refine discretion and judgment in sensitive contexts, and contribute to scaling operations as OpenAI builds its advertising business from the ground up.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-14 years of experience in an executive support role
• Experience supporting multiple leaders with complex, highly cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage and optimize extremely busy executive calendars
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences (e.g., customers vs. executives)
• Extreme attention to detail as an exercised functional skill, including mastery of project-based tools and tracking deliverables
• Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
