- • This is a fully remote Customer Service Executive role based in Malaysia, supporting MoneyHero Group Limited’s Hong Kong customer base through email, chat, and phone channels. The role is critical to delivering excellent service and ensuring positive customer experiences for users of MoneyHero’s AI-powered personal finance aggregation and comparison platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, providing clear information about products and services, escalating complex cases, maintaining accurate interaction records, adhering to company policies, contributing to process improvements, and collaborating with team members to meet department goals.
- • MoneyHero Limited (NASDAQ: MNY) is a leading tech- and AI-powered personal finance platform operating in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines, with over 300 commercial partners and 5.1 million monthly unique users as of December 2025. 🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in written and spoken Hong Kong’s Cantonese is mandatory
- • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, specifically handling email and chat inquiries
- • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
