- • The Executive Director, Client Management Hospitals and Health Systems at Luminare Health is responsible for retaining and growing existing hospital and health system accounts, developing strategic initiatives, and driving revenue and profitability goals.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the executive sponsor for large health system clients, leading and mentoring a team of client managers, resolving complex client issues, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams, and building relationships with brokers and consultants to identify new business opportunities.

- • In this role, the individual can develop executive leadership skills, deepen expertise in healthcare market strategy, drive measurable growth in a complex regulated environment, and influence product and go-to-market strategies while mentoring a high-performing team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- • Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in client management, preferably in healthcare
- • Direct experience working within a hospital or health system
- • In-depth knowledge of the hospital and health system industry, including market trends and strategic challenges
- • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and collaborate across departments
- • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams and drive shared success
- • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions
- • Solid financial acumen, including experience with self-funded markets, budget management, and revenue growth strategies
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
- • Demonstrated consultative selling skills
- • Advanced degree in related field (preferred)
- • Deep experience working with broker and consultant community in health system business
