- • Executive Head of Product Marketing role at Socure Inc., responsible for transforming product marketing from feature-centric to outcome-driven storytelling that resonates with economic buyers and accelerates revenue.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building a value-based messaging architecture using Force Management’s Command of the Message methodology, leading solution and outcome-based positioning, owning storytelling across the portfolio, driving GTM strategy and product launches, enabling the commercial organization with sales enablement tools, leading and growing a high-performing PMM team of 11, grounding decisions in market and buyer intelligence, and representing PMM at the executive level.
- • Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts, serving businesses, governments, and millions of people daily with AI-driven identity verification and fraud prevention.
- • The role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful transformation at an inflection point, work on high-impact problems in identity trust and fraud prevention, and develop executive leadership skills in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment where strategic vision and execution directly influence market differentiation and revenue growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years in product marketing, with at least 5 years in executive leadership roles in high-growth B2B technology or SaaS companies
- • Mastery of value-based messaging frameworks, specifically Force Management’s Command of the Message and Value Framework methodology
- • Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex technical platforms into buyer narratives understandable to CFOs and internal champions
- • Proven track record owning GTM strategy end-to-end: positioning, launch execution, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and measurable pipeline impact
- • Experience leading and developing high-performing PMM teams, attracting talent and building a culture of high performance
- • Strong analytical acumen to tie messaging decisions to business outcomes using win/loss data, pipeline metrics, and market intelligence
