- • As an Executive MCL Adjuster / Surveyor, you will manage a portfolio of high-value commercial property claims, including material damage and business interruption, from initial investigation to final settlement, serving as the trusted expert guiding clients through the claims process with professionalism and empathy during their most challenging times.
- • Day to day, you will conduct on-site damage assessments, compile detailed reports from home or office, negotiate settlements fairly, maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, prioritise and adapt to evolving case demands, and work both independently and collaboratively with Adjusting Executives and technical specialists to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in major loss adjusting, enhance your technical and client-facing skills through Sedgwick University’s 15,000+ on-demand courses and role-specific training, and have the opportunity to pursue formal qualifications like ACII/ACILA while contributing to a legacy of talent shaping the insurance landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • A full UK Driving Licence – essential for site visits
- • Solid experience handling major and complex commercial property claims
- • ACII/ACILA or equivalent qualifications (or working towards them)
- • Excellent communication skills – you listen, explain clearly, and negotiate fairly
- • Confidence working independently and managing your own caseload
- • Strong IT skills, ideally with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
