📋 Description

• As the Executive Orchestrator to the CEO at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will serve as the CEO’s indispensable right hand, transforming strategic vision into disciplined execution across three interconnected businesses. This high-trust role blends executive support with hands-on marketing operations to ensure seamless coordination, accountability, and momentum in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
• You will own the CEO’s weekly operating rhythm—managing calendars, setting priorities, facilitating daily check-ins, and triaging tasks to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives. By capturing the CEO’s ‘brain dumps’ and converting them into clear, actionable plans with owners, deadlines, and next steps, you will eliminate ambiguity and drive consistent follow-through.
• You will build and maintain lightweight systems—including templates, recurring checklists, meeting notes converted to tasks, and escalation paths—to keep work moving efficiently without bottlenecks. Your systems will enable transparency and reduce reliance on micromanagement.
• You will execute marketing operations as needed, managing CRM hygiene, lead routing, email sequences, automation workflows, and basic copy support to sustain campaign velocity across portfolio brands like Spray Foam podcast and CoveCasa.
• You will coordinate campaign and content rollouts, aligning timelines, resources, and messaging across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely launches and measurable impact.
• You will enforce accountability with operators and partners, proactively identifying blockers, driving resolution, and escalating only when necessary—freeing the CEO to focus on strategy rather than day-to-day execution.
• You will produce a weekly portfolio scorecard tracking marketing and sales KPIs, project milestones, and risks, providing the CEO and leadership with a clear, data-informed pulse on business health.
• You will work within a remote-first, global team that values autonomy, initiative, and results, collaborating with US and UK-based stakeholders while operating from Santo Domingo or any location with strong overlap in US Eastern Time.
• You will grow your expertise in executive enablement, marketing operations, and systems thinking—developing rare hybrid skills that position you as a strategic execution partner capable of scaling with high-growth founders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting a founder or CEO in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Execution Partner role, with proven ability to manage complex priorities and drive execution.
• Demonstrated success in ‘running the machine’—designing and maintaining planning cadences, task systems, and follow-through mechanisms that ensure consistent output in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with marketing operations, including CRM management (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel), email sequencing, lead routing, funnel optimization, and basic copy support for campaigns.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana, with a track record of delivering outcomes through structured workflows and task ownership.
• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity—drafting SOPs, summarizing meetings, generating campaign copy, and planning automations.
• Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana/ClickUp; must have experience working with US or UK-based companies.
