📋 Description

• • As an Experience Design Strategist at Modus Create Inc., you will lead early-stage product and AI innovation work—turning ambiguous problems into clear, actionable directions for what to build next. This role is critical in shaping product strategy by connecting research, service design, and product design to real product and experience outcomes, ensuring that innovation delivers measurable impact.
• • Day to day, you will lead AI and product opportunity assessments, plan and lead research and service design work, design and facilitate workshops that drive alignment, translate insights into product concepts and roadmaps, create tangible outputs like flows and prototypes, use AI tools to accelerate research and synthesis, partner with design and engineering for smooth transitions, and support pre-sales and engagement shaping.
