• • As an Experience Design Strategist at Modus Create Inc., you will lead early-stage product and AI innovation work—turning ambiguous problems into clear, actionable directions for what to build next. This role is critical in shaping how forward-thinking businesses leverage design, research, and emerging technologies to create meaningful digital experiences.
• • You will lead AI and product opportunity assessments, plan and conduct research and service design work, facilitate workshops that drive alignment, translate insights into product concepts and roadmaps, create tangible outputs like flows and prototypes, use AI tools to enhance research and synthesis, partner with design and engineering for smooth transitions, and support pre-sales engagement shaping.
