- • The Experience Designer role at Blue Coding LLC is pivotal in shaping intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with the company’s mission to build exceptional development teams and products for North American clients. As a fully remote company spanning over 10 countries, Blue Coding values designers who can bridge cultural and technical divides to deliver meaningful interfaces.
- • Day to day, the Experience Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and QA to conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, conduct usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback. They will contribute to the full product lifecycle, ensuring designs are accessible, scalable, and aligned with brand and usability standards.

Designers are encouraged to participate in meaningful initiatives beyond work, such as volunteering and sustainability efforts.
- • In this role, the designer will deepen their expertise in UX/UI best practices, gain exposure to international product development workflows, and refine their ability to advocate for user needs within technical environments. They will have the opportunity to influence product direction and grow into a leadership role in design thinking across distributed teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes
- • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- • Ability to conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in remote, multicultural teams
- • Understanding of accessibility principles and responsive design standards
