- • The Experience Partner, Real Estate Leasing and Operations at Reddit Inc. is a strategic role responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s global real estate portfolio to support growth, hybrid work models, and employee experience. This role ensures that real estate decisions are data-informed, financially sound, and aligned with business priorities across all office locations.
- • Day to day, the role involves overseeing lease lifecycle management, developing portfolio strategies aligned with workforce planning, leading lease administration (renewals, expirations, CAM reconciliations), building financial models for real estate decisions, partnering cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, and external brokers, leveraging workplace analytics for space optimization, maintaining real-time portfolio data and reporting dashboards, and driving process improvements and automation in global real estate operations.
- • The Experience Team at Reddit designs intentional, inclusive workplace experiences that support employees (known as Snoos) in doing their best work and feeling connected. This role sits within the Global Real Estate arm of the Experience team, contributing to environments that foster productivity, collaboration, and well-being across Reddit’s global footprint.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in global corporate real estate strategy, financial modeling for lease portfolios, data-driven workplace analytics, and cross-functional leadership. They will gain influence in shaping Reddit’s long-term real estate footprint and hybrid work strategy while working closely with senior leadership to drive impactful, executive-ready decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, including commercial lease negotiations and lease lifecycle management across multiple locations
- • Deep understanding of commercial lease structures and market dynamics, including fluency in key lease terms (e.g., TI allowances, CAM, rent escalations, options, abatements)
- • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to build clear financial models, portfolio plans, and executive-ready planning materials
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting recommendations to senior leadership and driving alignment in high-visibility decision forums
- • Advanced ability to visualize and translate complex data into clean, comprehensive dashboards and planning sheets
- • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
