📋 Description

• • The Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role at Syneos Health is critical to ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of clinical trials across the West Coast, directly supporting the company’s mission to shorten the distance from lab to life by accelerating biopharmaceutical development.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product accountability, and maintaining essential documentation such as the Investigator Site File and Trial Master File in compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
