This is a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in data analysis, user psychology, and A/B testing to create impactful improvements that directly contribute to subscription conversion, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) growth, and audience expansion.
- • As an Experimentation Manager at Welltech, you will be at the forefront of our user acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, formulating data-backed hypotheses, and executing rigorous A/B tests to optimize every stage of the user journey. This involves a deep dive into user behavior, understanding their motivations, and designing seamless experiences that guide them towards adopting our wellness solutions. You will work with a diverse range of data sources, including analytics platforms, user feedback, and competitor analysis, to build a comprehensive understanding of our user base and market landscape. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the future of our app's growth.
- • Your core responsibility will be to generate and meticulously prioritize hypotheses aimed at improving the conversion rates and ARPU within our quiz funnels, which are fundamental to our new user acquisition efforts. This requires a strategic mindset, the ability to connect dots between user behavior and business objectives, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will own the entire lifecycle of these experiments, from initial planning and hypothesis formulation to meticulous execution, thorough analysis, and iterative refinement. This end-to-end ownership ensures that every experiment is conducted with the highest standards of scientific rigor and business impact.
- • Beyond hypothesis generation, you will cultivate deep product insight by leveraging advanced analytics tools, synthesizing qualitative user feedback, conducting thorough competitor research, and learning from the extensive history of our experimentation efforts. This holistic approach ensures that your strategies are not only innovative but also grounded in a solid understanding of what works and why. You will also be instrumental in supporting our broader acquisition efforts by developing and implementing tailored, end-to-end user experiences designed specifically for different audience segments and traffic sources. This personalization is key to maximizing relevance and conversion across diverse user groups.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product Management, Product Marketing, or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)/Experimentation roles.
- • Proven expertise in experimentation methodologies, with a strong understanding of A/B testing principles and statistical analysis.
- • Solid knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles and user research techniques.
- • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated comfort in working with product data and analytics platforms.
- • English proficiency at a B2+ level.
