Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Shape the future of personalized AI writing feedback. GPTZero is launching a new product—customized feedback templates—and we need domain experts like you to co-create the gold standard for speechwriting critique. Your one-hour collaboration will directly influence how 10 million+ users receive tailored, professional-grade guidance instead of generic ChatGPT suggestions.
- • Define what excellence looks like in speechwriting. You will articulate the exact criteria you use to judge clarity, persuasion, structure, tone, and rhetorical impact. These criteria will be translated into an AI template that thousands of educators, executives, and students will rely on when polishing their speeches.
- • Curate and annotate 3–5 real-world speech samples. You may use your own speeches, pieces you have edited, or carefully selected public addresses. For each sample, you will review the AI’s initial critique, refine it with nuanced insights only a seasoned expert possesses, and explain why certain edits matter for that specific genre or audience.
- • Participate in a live, recorded workshop with a GPTZero researcher. During this 60-minute session, you will walk through your edits in real time, share the rationale behind each change, and answer clarifying questions. The session is conversational, not scripted—our goal is to capture the depth of your expertise so the template feels as if you were personally coaching every user.
- • Leave a lasting legacy in the GPTZero template library. Once finalized, your template will be published under your name and credentials, giving you public recognition among a global audience of writers, educators, and AI researchers. Your contribution will be cited as the authoritative standard for speechwriting feedback on the platform.
- • Influence responsible AI development. By embedding human expertise into AI systems, you help ensure that automated feedback upholds craft, ethics, and cultural sensitivity rather than promoting formulaic or biased suggestions. Your voice directly counters the “black-box” critique that plagues many generative tools.
- • Minimal time commitment, maximum impact. The entire project requires one 60-minute live session plus up to 30 minutes of asynchronous prep—yet the template you co-create will serve users for years. We compensate you $1,000 for this focused effort, valuing your time at top-tier consulting rates.
- • Collaborate with a world-class team. GPTZero’s engineers and researchers hail from Uber, Meta, Princeton, Caltech, MILA, and Vector Institute. You’ll interact with professionals who have scaled products to millions of users and who treat your domain knowledge as mission-critical data.
- • Work entirely remotely on your schedule. Choose the meeting slot that best fits your calendar; we accommodate global time zones. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet space to share your screen and discuss edits.
- • Contribute to a mission that matters. In an era where AI-generated text can erode trust, GPTZero is restoring transparency. Your involvement ensures that the next generation of communicators learns to write with integrity and precision, guided by expert standards rather than algorithmic averages.
