Your responsibilities will span critical areas such as user onboarding, troubleshooting and resolving bug and usability issues, and actively contributing to the prioritization of product and feature requests.   • • Your day-to-day will involve providing exceptional customer service by demonstrating a deep understanding of our platform and its features. You will communicate effectively with our users across multiple channels, including email, live chat, and social media, ensuring a consistent and positive experience. A key aspect of this role is your ability to leverage conflict resolution skills and effective communication to not only resolve issues but also to promote Sleeper as a leading platform for sports fans. You will be adept at asking insightful questions to distill the root causes and underlying intent behind user inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is productive and leads to a satisfactory outcome.

  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Deliver outstanding customer support and service, acting as the primary point of contact for our user base across various communication channels.
  • • Master the Sleeper platform to provide accurate and efficient assistance, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge in all user interactions.
  • • Proactively engage with users to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they can quickly and easily enjoy the full Sleeper experience.
  • • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and usability problems reported by users, escalating complex issues to the relevant engineering teams when necessary.
  • • Actively listen to and gather user feedback, meticulously documenting suggestions, pain points, and feature requests.
  • • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to funnel user insights, helping to prioritize bug fixes and new feature development based on community needs.
  • • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior and common issues to create helpful resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.
  • • Contribute to building a positive and supportive community by fostering strong user relationships and promoting brand loyalty.
  • • Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and tools, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Customer Success team.
  • • Stay informed about the latest trends in the sports and gaming industries to better understand our user base and their evolving needs.
  • • Champion the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that user perspectives are considered in all strategic decisions.
  • • Handle challenging customer interactions with grace and professionalism, turning potentially negative experiences into positive brand interactions.
  • • Contribute to a data-driven approach by tracking key customer success metrics and providing insights on user satisfaction and engagement.
  • • Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative measures to enhance the user experience.
  • • Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on strategies to improve user retention and satisfaction.
