• • The Facility Information Specialist Intern supports Ameresco’s Asset Sustainability Group in delivering Facility Management Advisory Services and implementing the AssetPlanner™ software suite, playing a key role in helping clients reduce costs, enhance resilience, and decarbonize through data-driven facility solutions.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include capturing and analyzing facility and asset data, conducting site visits to document assets and geolocate, operating LiDAR scanners, drones, and photogrammetry tools, importing client data into AssetPlanner™, managing QA processes, supporting project scheduling and reporting, and assisting with Facility Condition Assessments and software implementation tasks such as configuration, client presentations, and training.

• • The intern will gain hands-on experience in facility data management, asset inventory, construction drawing interpretation, and energy efficiency software implementation, while developing technical, analytical, and client-facing skills in a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on decarbonization and resilience.
