• • As a Family Success Liaison - Bilingual at MeBe LLC, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families seeking evidence-based therapies for children with autism and special needs, guiding them from initial inquiry through enrollment and ensuring a seamless transition to clinical services.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inbound calls and emails, actively following up on leads and referrals, advising families on services, scheduling, and insurance processes, managing a high volume of prospects in Zoho CRM, partnering with Site/Area Directors for efficient onboarding, and proactively engaging clients to drive enrollment and service expansion through thoughtful upselling.
