- • As a Fashion Paid Advertising Strategist at Power Digital Marketing Group, LLC, you will own the execution, performance, and growth of paid advertising campaigns for clients, directly tying your efforts to their business success and revenue growth objectives. This role is critical in driving measurable results through data-informed strategies across paid social and paid media platforms.
- • Day to day, you will manage campaign builds and optimizations across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads; conduct keyword research and ad copy development; oversee bid optimizations; produce performance reports; communicate insights and recommendations to clients; collaborate with account leadership and Specialists; and leverage Power Digital’s proprietary Nova ecosystem and AI technologies to enhance campaign performance and strategic decision-making.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in full-funnel marketing, direct response strategies for e-commerce and lead generation, and cross-channel campaign optimization. You will strengthen your ability to leverage data for storytelling, master AI-enhanced marketing tools, and grow as a strategic partner to clients — positioning yourself for advancement into senior strategy or leadership roles within the firm.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience with 1-2 years in an agency setting
- • Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce, Lead Gen, or B2B
- • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns
- • Minimum 2 years of experience with Search Engine Marketing including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development
- • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics
- • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the funnel
