- • Collaborate with the Financial Crime team to oversee the company’s compliance program within the EU and ensure that our operations comply with applicable laws, the relevant regulations set forth by the CSSF, and internal policies.
- • Support the team on Due Diligence, Client Acceptance assessments, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD), and SAR/STR review and filing.
- • Uphold a robust culture of compliance and risk management throughout the company.
- • Act as an AI champion within the team, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies to drive workflow efficiency, safely support commercial scaling, and foster a culture of continual compliance improvement.
- • Work alongside other team members to achieve the company's mission and internal goals.
- • Contribute to a diverse global team with 50+ nationalities and 10+ international locations.
- • Deliver the best possible products and services to partners and customers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as law, finance, or business.
- • 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or related field.
- • Strong understanding of EU regulations, particularly those related to financial services.
- • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
