- • As a Field Application Scientist at Revvity, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to customers, ensuring the successful implementation, training, and ongoing support of EUROIMMUN US products, including those from Oxford Immunotec and Immunodiagnostic Systems, directly contributing to improved diagnostic capabilities in clinical and research laboratories.
- • Day to day, you will conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, support instrument installations, assist with LIS integration, collaborate with sales teams on technical presentations, document customer feedback and technical issues, travel to client sites for on-site support, and maintain administrative records of project progress and activities.
- • You will join a global team of 11,000+ colleagues at Revvity, a leader in developing end-to-end solutions for health challenges, where your work bridges cutting-edge diagnostic technology with real-world laboratory needs to advance human health outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in immunoassay technologies (immunofluorescence, ELISA, chemiluminescence), gain hands-on experience with LIS connectivity and CRM systems, refine your technical presentation and training skills, and grow as a trusted technical partner in the diagnostics industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • 3+ years of lab experience with familiarity in immunofluorescence, ELISA, and/or chemiluminescence
- • Valid driver’s license and passport
- • Preferred: BS in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or technical discipline
- • Preferred: 4+ years’ experience as a field service representative, Lab MT, or related field
- • Preferred: Technical proficiency in running IVD assays and understanding their underlying principles
- • Preferred: Experience with LIS connectivity (HL7, ASTM)
- • Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
- • Preferred: Willingness to travel up to 70% within the US, with occasional international travel
