  • • Lead integrated marketing execution across Northern Europe (UKI, Nordics, Benelux) to accelerate pipeline growth through field marketing, channel partner marketing, demand generation, and regional go-to-market strategies.
  • • Own and execute the regional marketing plan aligned to EMEA revenue priorities, translating corporate campaigns into localized programs that drive measurable pipeline and partner engagement.
  • • Build and execute partner marketing plans with strategic resellers, distributors, MSSPs, and alliances, driving MDF/co-marketing investment toward pipeline outcomes and strengthening channel relationships.
  • • Support Enterprise and Commercial Sales teams with campaign strategy, market insights, and program execution while managing lead flow, nurture alignment, and conversion optimization with SDR and sales teams.
  • • Monitor campaign performance using ROI, conversion, and pipeline metrics, continuously optimizing programs and delivering quarterly business reviews to leadership.
  • • Work within a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company founded by former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and frustrated practitioners, committed to solving security tool inefficiencies, alert fatigue, and skills shortages.
  • • Contribute to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results as part of a team of 'learn it alls' dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find and fix exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them.
  • • Develop multi-touch programs including events, webinars, direct mailers, roundtables, digital, social, and ABM initiatives to strengthen partner relationships, create demand, and elevate brand presence across key Northern European markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years in B2B technology marketing, ideally within Cybersecurity.
  • • Strong experience across field marketing, channel/partner marketing, and demand generation.
  • • Proven success supporting revenue teams and delivering measurable pipeline growth.
  • • Experience working with indirect routes to market including VARs, distributors, alliances, and service providers.
  • • Strong commercial acumen and ability to prioritize investment by market opportunity.
  • • Comfortable operating in matrixed, fast-growth environments.
  • • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • • Experience using technologies such as Salesforce, Asana, Reachdesk, G-Suite, ZoomInfo, and ON24.
