- • Serve as the senior cyber strategy ambassador for Rapid7 across Central EMEA, engaging directly with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders to shape their cybersecurity strategies, influence critical security decisions, and firmly establish Rapid7 as their most trusted cybersecurity partner.
- • Drive market development and business growth within the Central EMEA region by acting as a pivotal senior leader and trusted advisor within the regional leadership team, focusing on strategic customer engagement and shaping the cybersecurity agenda.
- • Deliver impactful thought leadership through executive presentations, engaging workshops, and innovative initiatives that promote the adoption of emerging cybersecurity technologies and the implementation of cutting-edge security methodologies.
- • Translate high-level regional growth strategies into precise, actionable, and time-bound milestones, demonstrating agility to pivot quickly and ensure the achievement of meaningful business outcomes.
- • In close partnership with the Central EMEA Leadership Team, define and execute a comprehensive regional strategy, meticulously aligning Rapid7’s Command Platform with customer objectives to maximize value across key accounts and guarantee exceptional customer experiences.
- • Possess and leverage the ability to articulate complex cybersecurity strategies in a clear, concise manner that resonates with business leaders, effectively influencing CxO-level stakeholders and captivating diverse audiences through authentic and compelling storytelling.
- • Foster deep collaboration with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Labs teams to refine market strategy, champion the voice of the customer internally, and provide mentorship to technical talent within the organization.
- • Lead complex pre-sales engagements and channel partner interactions, driving effective partner enablement programs and developing scalable, robust security architecture patterns tailored for enterprise-level customers.
- • Act as a prominent and influential presence within the broader EMEA cybersecurity community, representing Rapid7 at key industry events, cultivating peer relationships with CISOs and CTOs, and proactively staying ahead of emerging threats and industry trends to inform both customer-facing strategies and Rapid7’s product roadmap.
- • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to scale and grow business and market development across the Central EMEA region, working collaboratively across various internal teams to drive significant revenue growth.
- • Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Rapid7 across Central EMEA, effectively bridging the gap between complex cyber strategy and tangible business value to ensure customers derive maximum impact from Rapid7’s comprehensive suite of solutions.
- • Contribute directly to the strategic direction of the Central EMEA region, reporting to the Senior Regional Director – Central EMEA and playing an integral role within the regional leadership team.
- • Engage with customers to understand their unique challenges and business objectives, mapping these to Rapid7's capabilities and demonstrating how our solutions can provide strategic advantages and mitigate risks.
- • Support the Go-to-Customer (GTC) organization, which includes Sales, Channel, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing, by providing strategic cybersecurity insights and market intelligence.
- • Collaborate with global product and threat-research teams, leveraging insights from the EMEA technical and research hub to enhance customer solutions and inform product development.
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of Rapid7's Managed Detection & Response (MDR) and managed SOC services by providing strategic guidance and market feedback.
- • Champion the adoption of Rapid7's Command Platform, ensuring customers are leveraging its full potential for exposure management, attack surface management, SIEM, cloud security, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, enabling them to effectively position and deliver Rapid7 solutions to their end customers.
- • Stay abreast of the evolving regulatory landscape in Central EMEA, including GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, DORA, and KRITIS, and advise customers on compliance strategies in relation to their cybersecurity posture.
- • Participate in and lead customer-facing workshops, webinars, and executive briefings to educate and influence key decision-makers on critical cybersecurity topics.
- • Provide strategic guidance on security operations, vulnerability management, threat detection, cloud security, and compliance frameworks to enterprise clients.
- • Contribute to the development of compelling go-to-market strategies for new products and services within the Central EMEA region.
- • Mentor and develop junior technical and sales staff, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
