• • The Field Enablement Program Manager at Cloudera plays a critical role in driving field performance by developing and delivering training programs that align with product messaging and sales objectives, ensuring the field organization is equipped to succeed in a competitive enterprise technology landscape.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning the development and coordination of enablement programs such as Know This, Workshops, and Office Hours; managing calendars and content review sessions with subject matter experts; writing and editing the weekly enablement newsletter; facilitating learning culture through platforms like Highspot; and supporting program logistics including scheduling, vendor management, and feedback collection.
