Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end execution of partner events and trade shows, including planning, on-site execution, vendor coordination, budget management, and post-event follow-up to drive awareness, leads, and signups.
- • Design and manage strategic business events in close partnership with Sales, including executive dinners, roundtables, and small-format gatherings targeting high-value accounts to accelerate pipeline and enable deal expansion.
- • Evaluate and select event opportunities based on strategic alignment, ROI, and audience relevance, making data-informed recommendations on where to allocate time and budget.
- • Manage all sponsorship logistics from contract negotiation through deliverables, internal alignment, and post-event reporting to ensure partner expectations are met and value is delivered.
- • Oversee the physical and operational elements of events: booth design, signage, swag, demos, shipping, registration systems, staffing plans, and run-of-show documentation.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Partnerships, Design, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to align on goals, messaging, compliance, and execution.
- • Drive attendee communication and promotion: manage registration campaigns, send reminders, distribute internal briefs, and prepare readiness materials for team members attending events.
- • Ensure leads generated from events are properly captured, tagged, and handed off to Sales and GTM teams for timely follow-up and conversion.
- • Track and analyze event performance against KPIs such as lead volume, signup rate, pipeline influence, and ROI, using insights to refine processes and improve future outcomes.
- • Build scalable, repeatable playbooks, templates, and documentation to systematize event operations and enable the program to grow efficiently without increasing overhead.
- • Support the community events program where alignment exists, ensuring consistency with brand voice and strategic objectives.
- • Operate in a remote-first, async environment with high autonomy, relying on clear written communication to coordinate across global teams and time zones.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a newly formed team, helping define the field marketing and events playbook from the ground up rather than inheriting an established process.
- • Travel up to 50% to attend trade shows, partner events, and strategic business gatherings across the AMER region.
- • Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent events, tight deadlines, and complex logistics while remaining calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- • Demonstrate scrappiness and resourcefulness in executing high-impact events with limited resources, leveraging creativity to maximize reach and engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8+ years in field marketing or a closely related role.
- • Direct experience running trade shows and sponsored conferences, including booth strategy, on-site execution, and logistics.
- • Experience planning and executing partner events and co-marketing initiatives with clear deliverables and relationship management.
- • Proven track record building strategic business events (e.g., executive dinners, roundtables) in partnership with Sales to influence pipeline and expansion.
- • Comfort owning budgets, vendor contracts, and on-site logistics for events of varying scale.
- • Strong written communication skills, essential for coordination in a remote, async team environment.
