• • Field Marketing & Events Lead at Dandy Technology, Inc., a company transforming the $400B dental industry by building the operating system for dental offices worldwide through technology and innovation.
• • Plan and execute a comprehensive calendar of Dandy-hosted events including dinners, networking events, and educational workshops to drive new customer acquisition; create scalable operational frameworks for end-to-end event logistics; proactively identify and negotiate high-impact sponsorships with dental associations nationwide; own field event performance reporting with data-driven insights; partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to align on event goals; provide management and professional mentorship to a direct report; travel to events for onsite execution and support once per month within the United States.
