  • • As the Field Marketing Lead at Kodex Inc., you will own the private sector field motion end-to-end, driving enterprise pipeline through high-impact in-person and virtual programs that directly influence revenue and support the company’s mission to streamline secure data exchange for sensitive government and law enforcement requests.
  • • Day to day, you will design and execute field strategies including event selection, account activation, and pipeline conversion; partner with sales to align on ICPs and OKRs; manage event calendars (customer events, roadshows, trade shows, EBCs, dinners); oversee campaign execution (landing pages, outreach, nurture, follow-up); manage budgets and vendor relationships; and leverage AI tools to scale operations and documentation.
  • • You will join a mission-driven company backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, and Thiel Capital, trusted by industry leaders like Coinbase, Stripe, and AT&T, and serving over 15,000 government agencies across 190 countries with a platform that transforms manual subpoena handling into a secure, efficient digital workflow.
  • • In this role, you will build and scale the field marketing playbook for enterprise sales, gain deep exposure to high-stakes compliance and security markets, strengthen your pipeline ownership and sales partnership skills, and position yourself as a strategic growth driver in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 2 years in field marketing at a company with an enterprise sales motion
  • • Proven pipeline ownership — experience being on the hook for a number and tying field programs directly to closed or influenced revenue
  • • Demonstrated sales partnership track record, including co-building OKRs with sales leadership and named cadences or outcomes
  • • Tactical operating rigor in enablement, list pulls, account selection, and follow-up handoffs with sales teams
  • • Fluency with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, On24, SplashThat, or equivalents
  • • Daily use of AI tools to accelerate work including landing pages, copy, and campaign briefs
