📋 Description

• As a Field Marketing Manager at StackBlitz, you will own and scale event marketing for Bolt.new, turning events into a measurable pipeline channel and building repeatable motions that support the company’s growth.
• You will plan and execute a full spectrum of events — including conferences, executive dinners, happy hours, product camps, roundtables, webinars, live builds, and virtual events — both in-person at the SF office and in key markets, as well as digital and co-marketing activations with strategic partners.
• You will join a fully remote, globally distributed team passionate about pushing the boundaries of software development through innovations like WebContainers and Bolt.new, an AI-powered app builder enabling instant full-stack app creation in the browser.
• You will develop expertise in event-to-pipeline attribution, budget ownership, cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product Marketing, and Community, and scalable event playbooks — gaining end-to-end ownership of field marketing impact in a high-growth developer tools company.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation with a strong events component
• Proven track record planning and executing conferences, executive dinners, and experiential activations
• Experience building and running your own events — not just managing vendor relationships
• Experience with digital event formats — webinars, virtual roundtables, livestreams, or similar
• Strong project management skills — ability to juggle multiple events at different stages simultaneously
• Comfortable owning a six-figure event budget and reporting on ROI
