Field Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Enterprise Event Marketing Manager at n8n GmbH, you will own how the company shows up at enterprise conferences and field events, setting strategy, managing budgets, and ensuring every event translates into real brand presence and pipeline for the Sales team.
• • Day to day, you will own the enterprise events calendar end to end—from selection and logistics to on-site execution and post-event follow-up—manage the events budget, partner with Sales, Partner, and SDR teams to align event strategy with pipeline priorities, work with Demand Generation to build pre- and post-event programs that turn attendance into qualified pipeline, track and report on event performance including brand impact, leads generated, and pipeline attribution, and represent n8n at key industry conferences while building relationships with organizers and partners.

• • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise event strategy, budget ownership, cross-functional alignment with Sales and Partner teams, pipeline attribution measurement, and scaling field marketing impact—growing your ability to drive qualified pipeline through strategic event participation and execution in a high-growth, innovative SaaS environment.
