📋 Description

• Own end-to-end field events strategy for Scribe Optimize, designing and executing executive roundtables, hosted dinners, and targeted conference activations that generate enterprise pipeline, not just brand awareness
• Define prioritized event formats, buyer segments, and geographic focus areas based on data-driven insights, turning field marketing into a repeatable, pipeline-generating program
• Design and implement pre- and post-event sales motions in close partnership with BDRs and AEs, including account targeting, invite strategies, multi-threading playbooks, and follow-up cadences that convert attendance into pipeline
• Build and own pipeline attribution models for field events, establishing clear metrics to measure program ROI and inform iterative improvements based on sales feedback and outcome data
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, and Demand Generation teams to align event content, speaker selection, and messaging with broader campaign themes for Scribe Optimize
• Operate in a green-field environment with no pre-existing playbook, building processes from scratch that scale across multiple event types and buyer profiles
• Measure success solely by sourced enterprise pipeline, not attendance numbers or superficial metrics, and defend program performance in pipeline reviews with sales leadership
• Manage simultaneous execution of diverse event formats—including executive roundtables, conference activations, and customer dinners—while maintaining strategic alignment with buyer personas and deal sizes
• Travel to major US metro areas for in-person event execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and relationship-building with enterprise buyers such as CIOs, VPs of Finance, and AI transformation teams
• Continuously refine event strategy based on performance data, sales input, and market shifts, ensuring field marketing remains a core driver of Scribe Optimize’s enterprise growth

🎯 Requirements

• Owned a field events program at a B2B SaaS company with proven pipeline generation, not just event execution
• Built and maintained effective partnerships with BDRs and AEs to convert event attendance into enterprise pipeline
• Operated in a green-field environment with no existing playbook and successfully built scalable processes from scratch
• Managed multiple event formats (e.g., roundtables, conference activations, hosted dinners) with clear understanding of which formats work for specific buyer profiles and deal sizes
• Designed and implemented a pipeline attribution model to measure and defend the ROI of field marketing efforts
• Deeply analytical with ability to translate event data into actionable sales and marketing insights
