- • Own the full lifecycle of Deel’s field marketing programs across DACH and Benelux, including trade shows, industry conferences, executive dinners, sales acceleration events, and webinars, treating each as an integrated campaign with defined pipeline objectives from awareness to revenue impact.
- • Develop and execute localized marketing messaging and assets in collaboration with regional leads, product marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure regional relevance and consistent brand alignment.
- • Partner closely with SDR and Sales leadership to align event and webinar activities with pipeline goals, maximize lead conversion, and ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
- • Manage all operational aspects of field marketing programs, including vendor relationships, budget tracking, logistics planning, and onsite execution for events and webinars across the region.
- • Coordinate with the Partner Events Manager to align on co-marketing activations and partner-sponsored events, ensuring integrated campaign delivery and shared success metrics.
- • Define, track, and own KPIs for all regional programs with a focus on pipeline contribution, engagement quality, and ROI, using performance data to refine event formats, targeting, and campaign strategies.
- • Utilize analytical tools and sales feedback to continuously optimize event and webinar performance, adjusting tactics based on real-time insights and historical campaign results.
- • Act as the regional field marketing lead, influencing cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to ensure unified campaign execution and strategic alignment.
- • Maintain accurate records of event activities, lead tracking, and post-event nurturing workflows within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- • Travel 30–40% across the DACH and Benelux regions to oversee onsite event execution, build local relationships, and represent Deel at key industry gatherings.
- • Collaborate with global Marketing teams to align regional initiatives with broader EMEA and company-wide marketing strategies while adapting tactics to local market dynamics.
- • Ensure all field marketing activities comply with Deel’s brand guidelines and global compliance standards, including data privacy and accessibility requirements.
- • Report regularly to the EMEA Marketing Lead on program performance, budget utilization, pipeline impact, and strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
- • Identify new event and webinar opportunities based on regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to expand Deel’s footprint and thought leadership in DACH and Benelux.
- • Translate complex SaaS product offerings into clear, compelling regional messaging that resonates with local business audiences and decision-makers.
- • Manage relationships with external agencies, venues, speakers, and technology providers to ensure seamless event delivery on time and within budget.
