- • As a Field Marketing Manager for LATAM at Semperis, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives across Latin America to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and support revenue growth in the cybersecurity sector, directly contributing to the company’s mission of being a Force for Good by protecting businesses from evolving cyber threats.
- • You will develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies targeting Large Enterprise, Enterprise, and Public Sector segments, collaborating closely with sales and global teams to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across regions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing innovative campaigns such as events, webinars, workshops, account-based initiatives, and regional conferences; creating localized marketing content; managing the LATAM marketing budget; analyzing campaign performance; and providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- • You will build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers, associations, channel partners, and alliance partners to expand reach and create joint go-to-market opportunities that drive qualified leads and pipeline acceleration.
- • You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the LATAM cybersecurity landscape, using these insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge in a fast-growing industry.
- • You will collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, leverage centralized resources, and contribute to overarching marketing initiatives while adapting them to local market nuances.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience (3-5 years) in enterprise B2B field marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity or related technology sector.
- • Solid knowledge of the LATAM cybersecurity market, including key players, industry trends, and customer needs.
- • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.
- • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital initiatives.
- • Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance using data-driven approaches.
- • Proficiency with Salesforce, Wrike, Marketo, and Microsoft Office applications.
