- • Plan and execute regional field marketing programs across Germany, including trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, and roadshows, with opportunities to expand to other markets.
- • Partner closely with Sales teams (AEs and SDRs) to design and implement account-based field marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth and shorten deal cycles.
- • Own end-to-end logistics for all field events, including vendor coordination, booth design, speaker management, venue selection, and on-site execution.
- • Develop and manage post-event follow-up sequences to ensure seamless lead handover to Sales and drive opportunity progression.
- • Track and report the commercial performance of field marketing initiatives using metrics such as pipeline contribution, influenced revenue, and ROI, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Sales stakeholders to align field activities with revenue goals and customer needs.
- • Design and implement hands-on field programs that deepen customer relationships and increase brand visibility among senior care home operators and healthcare decision-makers.
- • Utilize modern marketing tools including CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to optimize campaign execution and lead tracking.
- • Adapt marketing tactics to local market conditions while maintaining alignment with global brand strategy and messaging.
- • Manage multiple field programs simultaneously with limited support staff, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- • Represent voize at industry events and customer engagements, ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand experience that reflects our mission to amplify frontline workers’ impact.
- • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to gather field insights and feed them into product messaging, campaign development, and customer success strategies.
- • Maintain accurate records of event attendance, lead quality, and sales outcomes to support continuous improvement of field marketing efforts.
- • Travel regularly within Germany to attend and manage on-site events, with potential for occasional international travel.
- • Contribute to the development of field marketing playbooks and best practices to scale successful programs across regions.
- • Ensure all field activities comply with company policies and data privacy standards, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- • Act as a key liaison between headquarters and regional customers, translating field feedback into actionable marketing and product insights.
- • Proactively identify new event opportunities and partnership avenues to expand voize’s presence in the senior care and healthcare technology markets.
- • Maintain a strong understanding of voize’s AI-powered platform and its value proposition to frontline healthcare workers to effectively communicate its impact in field settings.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience with meaningful exposure to field and/or event marketing in a tech or SaaS environment
- • Proven track record of running field marketing programs that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue
- • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, with fluency in both German and English
- • Strong commercial instinct focused on deals and revenue, not just impressions or registrations
- • Excellent project management skills with ability to execute multiple programs independently
- • Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and AI tools like Claude or Gemini
