📋 Description

• Stimulate Dyson sales growth across North Netherlands region by identifying and executing opportunities to increase revenue with key retailers.
• Support overall sales performance of all retail points within the assigned region through direct in-store engagement and strategic merchandising.
• Collect, analyze, and report weekly market insights and field trends to inform regional sales strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailer sales staff, department managers, and store managers to ensure alignment with Dyson’s commercial objectives.
• Work in retail stores during weekends and commercial events to deliver optimal customer journey and exemplify Dyson’s brand standards.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations & Activation team to ensure flawless in-store execution and product presentation.
• Conduct in-store training sessions for retail staff and demonstrators, particularly during new product launches.
• Support training and product introduction days by providing on-site assistance and guidance.
• Merchandise retail spaces with approved point-of-sale materials and shelf plans in full compliance with Dyson’s brand standards.
• Ensure Dyson shops are clean, organized, and fully demo-ready at all times to maximize customer engagement and brand perception.
• Maintain accurate product knowledge and apply creative, innovative problem-solving approaches to overcome retail challenges.
• Operate with a hands-on mentality, taking initiative to resolve issues and improve performance without waiting for direction.
• Travel throughout North Netherlands region including North Holland, Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe, and Overijssel to visit retail locations.
• Work a fixed schedule Monday through Friday, with one weekend day per month required and occasional evening commitments.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare reports, track performance metrics, and communicate insights.
• Represent Dyson with integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to equal opportunity and diversity values.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising
• Valid driver’s license (Class B)
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and influence skills across all levels
• Attention to detail and hands-on mentality
