- • As a Field Product Specialist at SBD, Inc., you will play a critical role in bridging customer insights with product development, ensuring that real-world user needs shape the evolution of iconic brands like DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, and STANLEY tools.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth customer research through site visits, interviews, and surveys; organizing and executing prototype and beta testing programs; serving as the primary field contact during product trials; collaborating with product managers to relay field insights; monitoring market trends and competitor products; assisting in creating product documentation and training materials; supporting cross-functional teams with technical knowledge; and tracking and reporting on product performance, customer satisfaction, and adoption metrics.
- • You will join a global team of approximately 43,500 high-performing professionals at Stanley Black & Decker, a world-leading tool company with over 180 years of innovation, operating in 60 countries and dedicated to advancing manufacturing through Industry 4.0 initiatives and sustainable practices.
