- • Lead field readiness initiatives to equip sales and customer-facing teams with the tools, messaging, and training needed to drive adoption of Availity’s go-to-market strategy.
- • Translate complex product capabilities and healthcare industry dynamics into clear, compelling, and actionable enablement materials for frontline teams.
- • Serve as the primary bridge between product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, positioning, and execution.
- • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and communication frameworks that support the transition to a strategic, platform-oriented sales motion.
- • Engage directly with field teams to identify performance gaps, understand real-world challenges, and refine enablement content based on frontline feedback.
- • Develop executive-facing materials and present to C-level audiences to influence go-to-market strategy and secure buy-in for enablement initiatives.
- • Build and refine systems for tracking enablement effectiveness, measuring adoption rates, and closing gaps in field readiness across the organization.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in how Availity’s solutions are positioned in customer conversations, particularly around eligibility, claims, authorizations, and payments.
- • Support both sales and customer success organizations in adopting new tools, processes, and messaging aligned with Availity’s transformation in go-to-market approach.
- • Actively participate in evolving Availity’s overall go-to-market strategy by providing field insights and recommending improvements based on real-world execution.
- • Conduct and lead virtual training sessions and enablement events, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention among distributed teams.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with Availity’s technology platform and its role in enabling over 50% of U.S. healthcare transactions.
- • Champion a culture of continuous learning by leveraging internal resources and expertise to stay current on industry trends and internal product updates.
- • Ensure all enablement content and training aligns with Availity’s mission to reduce friction in healthcare revenue cycles and accelerate provider payments.
- • Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and shifting strategic focus.
- • Utilize visual storytelling and training design techniques to enhance comprehension and retention of complex healthcare and technology concepts.
- • Maintain strict adherence to company policies regarding data security and confidentiality, including mandatory video participation in all virtual meetings.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in healthcare or healthcare technology
- • Proven experience in go-to-market, sales enablement, or field readiness roles
- • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including claims, eligibility, authorizations, and payments
- • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear messaging and training materials
- • Extensive experience presenting to C-level audiences and creating executive-facing materials
- • Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
