This critical role involves a blend of technical expertise, customer relationship management, and a commitment to improving patient care through reliable equipment performance.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting customer entitlements, setting clear expectations, and consistently arriving on time to address and resolve their needs. This includes gaining a deep understanding of the customer's business operations and competitive landscape, which will enable you to identify opportunities for generating service revenue and strengthening our partnerships.
- • You will actively contribute to the regional work team, participating in process improvement initiatives and identifying areas where further training or skill development is needed. Proactively seeking opportunities to expand your capabilities, you may be required to become qualified in multiple medical imaging modalities and learn to utilize new tools and technologies as they emerge.
- • Meticulous administrative work is a key component of this role. You will be responsible for completing all administrative duties within established Philips, State, and Federal regulatory requirements and timeframes. This includes accurate and timely submission of timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders (FCOs), preventative maintenance (PM) documentation, installation records, site and service reports, and other related paperwork. Adherence to all established training, quality, and safety protocols is paramount.

The average daily driving time is estimated to be between 1-4 hours. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may also be necessary to meet business demands and customer needs.
- • You will be expected to work in various environments, including office settings, home offices, and crucially, hospital and healthcare facilities. This necessitates strict adherence to all site-specific requirements and safety protocols, including those related to radiation sources and radioactive materials, where you will be required to wear all necessary personal protective equipment.
- • Flexibility in working hours is essential, as business needs may require overtime, weekend work, and participation in on-call rotations to ensure continuous support for our customers.
