• • The Finance & Accounting Operations role at Alan SAS is pivotal in designing, scaling, and automating financial processes to support the company’s mission of transforming health benefits into a strategic asset for employers. As part of the Finance & Strategy Community, this role ensures accurate financial data production and communication to stakeholders including the board, regulators, and internal teams, directly enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
• • Day to day, the role involves supporting budgeting and financial planning with the Finance Strategy team, identifying and implementing process improvements and automation to enhance accuracy and compliance, managing finance run activities, deploying new financial tools, and collaborating cross-functionally to provide financial insights on projects such as M&A, fundraising, and cash management.
