- • Serve as a core member of the finance team reporting directly to the Finance Manager, managing end-to-end financial operations across three legal entities: France, the United States, and the Philippines.
- • Assist external accounting firms with monthly closing processes by ensuring accurate and timely submission of revenue, cost, and payroll data, and flagging discrepancies between operational records and accounting entries.
- • Update, review, and analyze financial statements and KPIs including revenue breakdowns, cash flow performance, monthly actuals versus budget, and current trading metrics.
- • Prepare and maintain the Board-level finance KPI dashboard used by all key stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
- • Contribute to the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting, monitoring variances and identifying areas of financial concern or opportunity.
- • Track and follow up on client invoices to ensure timely cash collection and minimize outstanding receivables.
- • Review and approve supplier invoices, employee expense reports, and software subscriptions; conduct monthly expert payment audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- • Support payroll operations by producing monthly payroll reporting in coordination with the HR team, including data inputs for Silae and Swile.
- • Partner with department heads to assess financial needs, develop data-driven financial models, and provide insights to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- • Support international expansion efforts by contributing to financial planning for new office openings in the US, Europe, and Asia.
- • Assist in securing new financing opportunities, including bank loan applications and related documentation.
- • Prepare comprehensive supporting documentation for the annual R&D tax credit filing in compliance with local regulations.
- • Work in a fast-paced, international environment alongside external accountants, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- • Engage with complex financial data across multiple jurisdictions and currencies, requiring attention to detail and strong analytical rigor.
- • Continuously learn about the B2B software ecosystem, technology investment trends, and startup finance dynamics to enhance financial analysis and strategic contributions.
- • Deliver high-quality work under fixed monthly deadlines while managing multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- • Collaborate effectively as both a team player and an independent contributor, taking initiative to solve problems and improve financial processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or audit from a business school
- • 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting, audit, or FP&A, preferably in a fast-moving environment
- • Fluency in both French and English
- • Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting tools is a plus
- • Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks under strict monthly deadlines
- • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliation
