- • As a Finance Data Analyst at Zilch Group Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Analytics team by ensuring accurate financial reporting and data integrity during a period of rapid growth and innovation in the fintech space.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with recurring manual processes in financial reporting and data operations, running SQL queries to extract and validate financial data, supporting month-end activities such as reconciliations and reporting, and contributing to finance operations by documenting processes and data definitions.
- • You will join a small, experienced Finance Analytics team within Zilch, a payment tech company that has achieved double unicorn status and serves over 5 million customers, where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end finance data flows and actively participate in automation and improvement initiatives.
- • This role offers significant learning and growth opportunities, including mentorship from senior team members, development of technical and financial skills, and the chance to grow into more advanced analytics or finance positions as you build confidence and expertise.
🎯 Requirements
- • A degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related analytical discipline
- • Basic SQL skills with a strong willingness and demonstrable aptitude to learn quickly
- • Solid Excel skills, including comfort working with large datasets, formulas, and pivot tables
- • A genuine interest in both financial reporting and data
- • High attention to detail and pride in the accuracy of work
- • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
