• • You will be responsible for the complete end-to-end accounts payable lifecycle. This includes the meticulous verification of all incoming vendor invoices, ensuring they align with purchase orders and service agreements, and that all necessary approvals are secured. Your diligence in this process will prevent errors and ensure that Bjakcareer maintains strong relationships with its suppliers.
• • A core part of your responsibility will be the timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors. This involves managing various payment methods and ensuring that transactions are recorded correctly in the general ledger. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and reconciliation to reflect the company's financial position accurately.
