📋 Description
- • Support month-end and year-end closing processes for a 35-person technology company.
- • Manage accruals and prepayments with precision and timeliness.
- • Prepare and post manual journal entries to maintain accurate general ledger records.
- • Perform monthly reconciliation of all account balances to ensure financial integrity.
- • Maintain comprehensive and organized financial documentation for internal and external audit purposes.
- • Liaise directly with external auditors during audit cycles and provide requested financial data.
- • Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and payments accurately and within established timelines.
- • Assist with customer invoicing processes, ensuring billing accuracy and timely revenue recognition.
- • Handle ad-hoc financial and operational tasks as required to support company growth.
- • Operate as one of two core members of the Business Operations team with full ownership of financial operations.
- • Work in a fast-paced, AI-driven SaaS environment focused on sustainable urban infrastructure.
- • Contribute to the scalability of financial systems as the company expands into new international markets.
- • Ensure compliance with financial controls and documentation standards across all accounting activities.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align financial processes with business objectives.
- • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and accountability in all financial reporting and transaction processing.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving financial needs as the company scales from early-stage to growth-phase operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years experience in a finance or accounting position
- • Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- • Excellent attention to detail
