• • Abacum is seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded Finance Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in Barcelona. This pivotal role sits at the exciting intersection of finance, go-to-market strategy, and product development, empowering finance teams to transition from routine number crunching to driving impactful strategic decisions. As a key player in our mission to build the future of Business Planning, you will be instrumental in demonstrating the immense value of Abacum's leading Business Planning solution to prospective customers, directly contributing to sales success and shaping how our product is perceived in the market.
• • In this role, you will be the architect of high-impact Proofs of Concept (POCs), meticulously translating complex, real-world business challenges into sophisticated financial models and compelling narratives that resonate with potential clients. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with the Sales team, understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions that showcase Abacum's capabilities. You will dive deep into diverse industries, rapidly acquiring knowledge of new business models and critical metrics to ensure each POC is relevant and persuasive. A significant part of your responsibility will be to own and meticulously maintain our demo environments. This includes ensuring they are consistently updated with the latest product features, are reliable, and effectively support our go-to-market strategy. You will proactively create new demo assets and develop innovative use cases designed to cater to various market segments, industries, and distinct sales approaches. Furthermore, you will be at the forefront of integrating new product developments into these demo environments, translating technical features into tangible, real-world scenarios that highlight Abacum's benefits. Your expertise will also be crucial in helping to establish and refine repeatable POC frameworks, standardized demo templates, and comprehensive playbooks, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales enablement efforts.
