📋 Description

• • As a Financial Analyst at Air Apps, you will support data-driven decision-making across the company by assisting with financial reporting, accounting records, and process improvements in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting month-end closing activities, preparing recurring and ad-hoc financial reports, performing accounting records and bank transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, reviewing and reconciling expense reports and bank statements, monitoring cash flow, and contributing to the automation of financial processes using ERP and expense management systems.
• • You will join the finance team at Air Apps, a self-funded, family-founded company headquartered in Lisbon with offices in San Francisco, dedicated to building the world’s first AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP) and empowering over 100 million users globally.
• • In this role, you will gain strong exposure to the financial operations of a global product company, develop expertise in financial reporting and process automation, and grow your analytical and collaborative skills while working closely with senior finance members and stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations.
