- • Build and maintain components of the consolidated financial model across annual operating plans, long-range plans, and monthly forecast cycles
- • Support the forecast cycle by managing data intake, updating financial models, and performing variance analysis for consolidated leadership reviews
- • Contribute to executive- and Board-facing financial deliverables including the Weekly Business Review, monthly OpEx reviews, and quarterly Board and Audit Committee materials
- • Prepare clear variance analyses that explain the drivers behind actuals versus plan and forecast at both consolidated and segment levels
- • Partner with category, marketing, and operations finance teams to gather, validate, and consolidate financial inputs into a unified corporate view
- • Develop financial models from scratch to address specific business questions or solve operational problems
- • Identify and implement improvements to planning and reporting infrastructure using AI, automation, and system enhancements to reduce manual effort and increase analytical accuracy
- • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and create presentations for finance leadership upon request
- • Translate complex financial data into structured, actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders
- • Maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities across forecast cycles and reporting deadlines
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial projections and operational realities
- • Support the financial planning process with rigorous data validation and scenario testing to enhance forecast reliability
- • Contribute to the evolution of financial systems and workflows to scale with the company’s growth and public reporting requirements
🎯 Requirements
- • B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- • 2+ years of experience in analytical financial roles such as strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, and/or consulting
- • Strong financial modeling skills, comfortable building multi-scenario P&Ls and supporting models from scratch
- • Ability to manipulate large datasets
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate analyses into clear, structured narratives
- • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask
