📋 Description

• • As a Financial Data & Reporting Specialist, you will support the Finance and Commissions teams by maintaining operational records, performing data audits, and assisting with financial reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis to enable strategic decision-making across the organization.
• • Day to day, you will maintain and validate datasets, perform routine audits for data accuracy, support ETL documentation and workflows, prepare monthly reporting packages, communicate KPI metrics to leaders and partners, and assist with financial modeling and plan participant record management.
• • You will join Plan Advisors, a Medicare-focused team within the Integrity Family of Companies, headquartered in Oakland Park, FL, known for agile expertise and nationwide recognition in broker support and service excellence.
• • In this role, you will grow your analytical skills, gain hands-on experience with financial reporting and data tools, contribute to strategic planning, and work closely with finance and leadership teams to build expertise in data-driven financial analysis.
