- • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering quick, clear, and accurate support while guiding users through powerful trading tools and troubleshooting account management, funding, and trading issues.
- • Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience, identify process improvements, and embody company values through compassionate communication and deep product knowledge.
- • Join Interactive Brokers’ Client Experience team, a dynamic, multi-national group of former traders, industry veterans, early-career professionals, and recent graduates passionate about financial markets and technology, working in a hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day remote) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
- • Develop expertise in global financial markets including equities, options, futures, foreign exchange, crypto, and event trading products, while mastering problem-solving in a fast-paced, technology-driven brokerage environment and building a foundation for long-term growth in financial services.
