- • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering quick, clear, and accurate support while guiding users through powerful trading tools and troubleshooting account management, funding, and trading issues.
- • Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and identify opportunities to improve processes and tools.
- • Join a dynamic, multi-national team at Interactive Brokers, a global leader in electronic brokerage services recognized as the #1 online broker by Barron’s for six consecutive years, operating in over 15 countries and serving clients in over 200 countries.
- • Develop deep expertise in global financial markets including equities, options, futures, foreign exchange, crypto, and event trading products, while building best-in-class problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or a related field preferred.
- • Recent graduate or early-career professional with one to three years of experience in a customer-facing, finance, or technology role.
- • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, analytical, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- • Comfortable navigating advanced trading platforms, including desktop and mobile applications.
- • In-depth understanding of financial instruments: stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange, crypto, and fixed income.
